18K White Gold South Sea Pearl and Diamond Cufflinks
Product Overview
These refined cufflinks are crafted in luminous white gold and showcase the exceptional beauty of South Sea pearls in a sophisticated, contemporary form. Each cufflink is centred with a peg-mounted black South Sea pearl measuring approximately 13.20–13.60 mm. The pearls display a captivating play of green and rose overtones across their naturally dark surfaces, enhanced by a rich, satiny luster.
At the base of each pearl, a delicate halo of 38 round, brilliant-cut diamonds is set into the white gold, creating a subtle yet striking contrast against the depth of the pearls. Together, the 76 diamonds total 0.49 carats, adding refined sparkle without overpowering the pearls’ natural presence.
Black South Sea pearls, often referred to as Tahitian pearls, are among the rarest and most sought-after pearls in the world. Cultivated in the pristine waters of French Polynesia, they are prized for their large size, thick nacre, and naturally dark body colour, which can range from charcoal and silver to deep black with iridescent green, blue, or rose overtones. Pearls exhibiting strong, complex overtones such as these are particularly valued, as they reveal exceptional nacre quality and depth.
