Long-time TSC customer and former radio broadcaster, Lisa Griffin transitioned flawlessly from radio to TV into her role as host on TSC in 2001. With a voice that soothes and a personality that warms anyone she meets, Lisa is a self-proclaimed foodie who spends most of her spare time at home in the kitchen cooking or baking up a mouth-watering new recipe.

With fashions, home décor and the latest kitchen accessory always on her shopping list, Lisa is a cashmere sweater connoisseur with a collection worth coveting. A firm believer in having a soundtrack for your life, Lisa is constantly surround by music everywhere she goes and especially loves house, modern jazz and anything that's currently playing on the radio.

Addicted to her Body Vibe machine, Lisa is working to build up her strength and is determined to hit the pavement again and indulge in her love of running. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) over 12 years ago, Lisa is a passionate advocate for the MS Society of Canada and lives every day to the fullest with the help, love and support of her close-knit family — who are also her biggest fans.

Lisa was born in the U.K., and moved to the small town of Chesley, Ont. (population 2,500) at the age of 12, where she spent most of her life. She remains best friends with the same girl from her early tweens but still considers herself a British/Canadian hybrid — or a bi-continental girl as she calls it. Every chance she gets she returns to Europe to visit family and friends in the U.K. and Italy.
