Product Overview
This collection includes all five prestige proof sets produced by the Royal Canadian Mint from 1991 to 1995. Not only are these proof sets the highest-quality coins issued from the mint each year, but the actual sets included in this product have been carefully selected to ensure they are still in near-perfect condition. This is an extremely important consideration for collectors, as many of the older sets in this annual series are found damaged from handling or from improper storage over the years. All the coins are double-struck with a frosted cameo contrast effect.

The coins from each year are presented in the original genuine black leather case of issue. The spine of each set is embossed with the year of issue, creating an attractive shelf display. The sets include both a loon dollar and a special commemorative dollar coin struck in silver, presented in a two-sided book format display case. The commemorative silver dollars in each set present a glimpse of Canadian history, including important people, places and events that encapsulate our great country.
