This collection includes all five $10 fine silver coins in the new Colourful Songbirds of Canada series. Canada's most distinctive songbirds are presented with vibrant selective colour set against a brilliant silver background. The five coins include the northern cardinal, the magnolia warbler, the blue jay, the Baltimore oriole, and the violet-green swallow.

The coins are presented in a unique musical display with colourful the images of the birds. When opened, it plays the harmonious sounds and songs of the five birds. The front of each coin is engraved with the word "Canada," the date "2015," and the face value of "10 dollars." Mintage is limited to just 15,000 of each coin.

Northern Cardinal 
This design features the bird in three-quarter profile, showcasing the distinctive features of the crest atop its head and its brilliant red plumage, as it sits nestled amidst leaves and flower blossoms.  

Magnolia Warbler 
This design features the bird shown in side profile, perched in a plum tree which fills the background to the left side of the design.

Blue Jay 
This design features the bird shown in side profile, sitting nestled amidst leaves and flowers.

Baltimore Oriole 
This design features the solid-black colour of the bird's head through to its wings where it mixes with bold white markings, then down to its orange-tipped tail. But it is the bird's blazing orange underparts that catch the viewer's eye, betraying its presence amid the engraved foliage of a wild plum tree.

Violet-Green Swallow 
This design features a side profile of the bird which captures the stunning plumage of its iridescent blue-hued feathers and violet tail, as it perches on a branch.
