Handwoven with natural cotton, the Silk & Snow Handwoven Weighted Blanket is free of pesky glass beads or plastic pellets. It's unique handwoven cotton construction means it is much more breathable than any other weighted blanket on the market. Safely produced without the use of harmful chemicals or synthetics. This weighted blanket also comes in a wide variety of cozy colours, allowing you to spruce up your space with thoughtful, useful products that are made consciously.
What size is right for you?
Silk & Snow Weighted Blankets are made to be more compact, so should be roughly weight 10-15% of your overall body weight. However, most people find that 15 and 20 pound blankets provide the perfect weight distribution. If you are in between weights, then it would be a matter of whether you prefer a milder hugging sensation (a lighter blanket) or a more prominent hugging sensation (a heavier blanket). Find your perfect weight and let the relaxation begin.

By avoiding the use of glass or synthetic plastic pellets, Silk & Snow has created a comfortable weighted blanket that doesn’t trap heat. Cotton as a natural fibre is great at temperature regulation as it allows for breathability. Taking it a step further, the hand-knitted construction of the blanket naturally allows air flow in and around each loop and lets you chill out, literally. The size and weight of the blanket will keep you cozy without the sweats.
Care:
• Machine washable (front loading washers recommended).
• Use cool water (30 degrees Celsius), and wash alone on a delicate or permanent press cycle.
• Ensure your washing machine can handle the weight of the blanket before attempting to wash it.
• Because this blanket features a unique chunky knit structure, they cannot be hung dry.
• To dry, please flat dry, or tumble dry on low for 2-3 drying cycles.
