2024 Five Ounce $50 Fine Silver Coin Maple Leaves in Motion

Maple Leaves Motion is an annual favourite from the Royal Canadian Mint, featuring beautiful art and innovation, and it has a history of selling out on launch day. New for 2024, this $50 five ounce fine silver coin combines a radiant incuse sugar maple leaf sharply contrasting against the background of a black rhodium field.  Additional laser engraved maple leaves within the dark field complete the effect.

The obverse features a double dated 1952-2022 posthumous effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, set against a simplified continuation of the background special effect pattern behind the maple leaves.
