Estate Originals Custom Made 18K princess-cut Sapphire and Diamond Roll Top Ring

Sixty-three invisibly set princess-cut sapphires, imbued with an ultra-vibrant royal blue hue, create a glimmering arc across the top of this spectacular white gold custom-crafted estate ring. This spectacular assemblage of colour is dramatically trimmed on each side with ten twinkling round brilliant-cut diamonds and supported by curved, high-polished, 'Y'-shaped shoulders leading to a square Euro shank. For a final (hidden) flourish, the underside is fashioned with an 'X' within a circle and a triangular openwork designed to rest comfortably upon the finger. Since Van Cleef and Arpels invented and essentially dominated the art of invisible setting back in the early-20th-century, only a handful of jewellers have been able to emulate the rigorously technical and labor-intensive practice. The twenty diamonds combine for 0.30 carats.
