This outstanding and unique bold 14KT yellow gold ring features a 3.40 carat oval shaped garnet in the center that is turned east/west and is supported by diamond tipped columns that become the prongs. The band is quite wide and is ribbed, adding a beautiful texture to the high polish. An exciting and unexpected detail is the double row of four baguette cut diamonds that make up the undergallery, on the north and south ends. The baguette and round brilliant cut diamonds combine for a .80 carat total diamond weight. As a side, it should be noted that garnet is the birthstone for January.
