1963 Original Uncirculated Silver Quarter Roll (40 Coins)

Very few coins from more than 60 years ago have survived still in original brilliant uncirculated rolls as they were issued through Canada's chartered banks, and these scarce rolls often include some of the best premium-quality examples of uncirculated coins from this era. This is an original roll of 40 silver quarters issued in 1963, just as the coins were issued newly shipped from the Royal Canadian Mint. The coins are all made of .800 silver, with the roll containing six ounces of pure silver. While silver quarters from this era are not especially rare, original rolls are seldom encountered and exceptional quality uncirculated coins are scarce and highly sought-after. This coin roll is original from 1963 and has not been searched for exceptional quality examples. The coins have been transferred into a clear acrylic tube for the best possible long-term storage and preservation.
