Product Overview
The coin is from a series dedicated to the exceptional imperial Fabergé eggs. Designed by Peter Carl Fabergé and his assistants for Russian tsars Alexander II and Nicholas II, the eggs were made of silver embellished with selective 24K gilding and six red Swarovski crystals. These jewellery masterpieces symbolize extravagance and luxury.

Obverse:
• Bottom: open Spring Flowers Egg (1899–1903) with a miniature basket and a bouquet of anemones
• Above the basket: an effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
• Below (inscription): "Elizabeth II" and the mint mark (m/w)
• Around: a decorative neo-Rococo ornament
• Along rim (inscriptions): "Niue Island" (the issuer), "2 dollars" (the face value), and "2013" (the year of issue)
Reverse:
• Centre: a stylized image of the Cathedral of Dormition in the Moscow Kremlin
• Top, along rim (inscription): Moscow Kremlin Egg (the name of the coin in English)
• Around: decorative neo-Rococo ornaments
• Upper and lower areas: Swarovski elements
