On December 11, 1996 an incredible UFO event took place along a 216-kilometre stretch of the Klondike Highway in the Yukon Territory. The sightings occurred in three major areas along the highway: Fox Lake, the village of Carmacks, and the village of Pelly Crossing, with a total of 31 witnesses reporting to have seen it. All the witnesses indicated that the it was extremely large with a long row of lights, comparing it in size to a football stadium. Twenty-two of the witnesses provided detailed accounts, and 14 even provided drawings of the UFO.
