2025 $20 Remembrance Day Fine Silver Coin plus Three Bonus Coloured Poppy Coins

Each year on November 11, Canada pauses to honour all who serve or have served our country in times of war and peace, and this annual $20 fine silver Remembrance Day coin continues to inspire reverence and gratitude. The design features an engraved arrangement of three poppies that have been realistically rendered and presented in a loose, organic style. Selective colour highlights the poppy in the foreground, where the bold red petals and black centre of the Flower of Remembrance pays homage to those who are foremost in our thoughts each Remembrance Day. The obverse features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Steven Rosati.

Did you know?
The poppy has been Canada's Flower of Remembrance since 1921. During the First World War, bombardments disrupted the soil in Flanders and created favourable conditions for Papaver rhoeas to appear on the battlefields, as described in the poem "In Flanders Fields" by John McCrae. The poem was written in 1915 and later inspired the international campaign to make the poppy a symbol of remembrance.
