This large-format ultra-high-relief design is a true work of art. Inspired by the coinage of ancient Greece, the design features an image of Alexander the Great with the "Horns of Ammon." Original silver tetradrachm coins of this design were originally issued shortly after the death of Alexander in 323 BCE. The Horns of Ammon symbolize Alexander's claim that he was the son of the Egyptian god Ammon. Just 400 pieces enhanced with an antique finish have been produced for collectors, housed in an attractive display frame and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.  

Crafted in Canada by Argentia Precious Metals, each piece features intricate ultra-high relief sculptural art die struck with a free-flowing metal process, resulting in every piece having a live edge with a unique look and feel.
