These organic Kalamata and Blonde olives are hand-picked and cured with sea salt, local spring water and vinegar in the traditional way so that natural probiotics form and bring out the depths of flavour. They are also made into olive paste (tapenade) with a unique recipe that includes pure Greek organic honey, herbs from the mountains of Crete, and pure organic extra-virgin olive oil. Add it to your recipe for an extra kick in flavour, use it as a dip or add it to your appetizers!
