The cookware is solid aluminium and features a ceramic outer layer in elegant granite design. The wok’s inner qualities also impress with its innovative six-ply Granitium Ti X non-stick coating and extra layer of titanium. Scratches don’t stand a chance. The wok can be used on all kinds of hobs, including induction. There it uses Ballarini’s specially developed radiant induction technology for excellent heat distribution.
