It makes baking and serving simple, distributing the heat gently and evenly during cooking and maintaining its temperature once presented on the table. Made from HR® ceramic (High Resistance), it diffuses the heat and cooks right to the centre without burning the edges. With or without a pastry base, your recipes can be cut and served directly from the dish without risk of scratching the surface. Lightly butter and sprinkle with flour or sugar before adding the dough to ensure easy release when serving. Its resistant, smooth and shiny glaze is fit for everyday use: cutting directly inside, repeated passes in the dishwasher, and even cleaning with an abrasive sponge. It goes from freezer to oven easily with a temperature range of -20 °C to 270°C. This piece is made in France, and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturers defects.
