10K Yellow Gold Tiger's Eye Turtle Motif Pendant

This charming 10K yellow gold turtle motif pendant beautifully captures the character and symbolism of one of nature’s most enduring creatures. At the centre of the design is a carved oval cabochon tiger’s eye, expertly patterned to resemble the segmented plates of a turtle’s shell. The rich golden-brown chatoyancy of the tiger’s eye creates a natural shimmer that enhances the lifelike quality of the piece. 

The shell rests on a pierced, heavily textured gold base that forms the turtle’s body. Extending from beneath the shell are the head, four legs, and tail, all sculpted in gold with careful attention to detail. The head emerges at the top of the pendant, where it also forms the attachment point for the bale. Each leg is bent at the knee, revealing webbed feet, while the surface texture suggests the wrinkled skin of a turtle, giving the piece a dimensional and organic feel. An adjustable 16–18" 10K yellow gold curb link chain with a secure lobster clasp is included.
