This 14K yellow gold antique open-faced pocket watch made by American Waltham Co has a 1.1" case diameter, a round shaped yellow dial with black Arabic numerals, blue tinted metallic hands, a 60 second sub-dial at the 6 o'clock, and reads Waltham below the 12 o'clock. This A.W.W. Co. Waltham, Mass. riverside movement is numbered 18112285. The case number is 199341 Pat May, 1915. The watch is attached to a 10K yellow gold-filled twisted rope chain measuring 50" in length, with a lobster claw clasp. There is also a 10K yellow gold adjustable sliding crest shaped spacer, set with a round shaped cabochon cut jelly opal slides to accommodate any length required. Also attached is a 14K white gold 1.96" long pin, signed "BIRKS."
