14K Yellow and White Gold Victorian Synthetic Ruby and Old European-Cut Diamond Ring

This gemmy vintage jewel centres on a bright, deep-red, 0.45 carat oval synthetic ruby. The gemstone is bezel set, in yellow gold, between a sparkling pair of old European-cut diamonds, bezel set with milgrain trim in white gold. The gracefully curved bombé-shaped 14K yellow gold mounting is lavishly ornamented in consummate Edwardian style (circa 1901 - 1915) with careful attention paid to each and every decorative detail. A truly superb and stunning vintage jewel.
