Product Overview

This one of a kind vintage ring features a 4.40 carat oval shaped cabochon cut pink tourmaline, prong set in 18 karat white gold. The tourmaline reflects a romantic, mysterious raspberry pink hue. The cathedral shoulders of the band are detailed in a bark textured brush finish with four prong-set diamonds resting at the top, split two per side. The diamonds combine for 0.12 carats.

Tourmaline is a truly unique and fascinating gemstone. It can come in almost all of the different colours of the rainbow, including green, blue, pink, red, black, orange, and brown, plus many shades and combinations of these too. Pink tourmaline is the most sought-after variety, making the market for it much more competitive. Tourmaline is believed by some to make one open-hearted and giving, some believe it can make one calm, centered, and able to communicate more effectively.
