18K Yellow Gold "Cartier" Diadea Drop-Style Earrings

From the Cartier Diadea collection, this elegant authentic pair of earrings are crafted from 18K yellow gold. It features a double marquise-shaped motif with the top part in a smaller size adorned with three sparkling diamonds. The larger of the two has a bit of dangling flex and is in polished finish. The earrings feature six round, brilliant-cut diamonds in total weighing approximately 0.19 carats, colour F and VVS in clarity. A patented squeeze release butterfly back provides a secure closure.
