Product Overview
This lady's Birks Swiss made dress watch is crafted in 14K white gold and has a marquise shaped ivory coloured dial. A metallic Arabic numeral is located at 12 o'clock, with metallic diamond shapes indicating the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock and remaining stick hour markers and silver coloured hands. It runs on a quartz movement, meaning that it runs on battery power. It is attached to a 14K white gold bracelet with a fold over clasp and 7cm safety chain. Forty-four diamonds decorate the bezel, lugs and bracelet and combine for 0.42 carats.
Founded in 1879, Birks has become one of Canada’s leading retailers, designers and manufacturers of high-end jewellery, watches and gifts. After the Company’s foundation by Henry Birks in Montreal in 1879, the next 125 years saw Birks grow from a small storefront to an iconic heritage brand, representing a legacy of Canadian luxury. Birks was purveyor to kings and queens, and designed jewellery for the likes of Princess Grace of Monaco and Princess Margaret. Birks' history can be traced back to over four centuries ago. The Birks tradition dates to 16th century England, where Birks family members were master silversmiths in Sheffield, England.
