Stainless Steel and 18K White Gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Swiss-Made Watch

This Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 in Oystersteel and 18K white gold showcases a striking bright blue dial paired with the classic Oyster bracelet. Its 18K white gold fluted bezel, one of Rolex’s most recognizable signatures, stands as a true mark of distinction. Originally engineered with purpose, the bezel’s fluting once enabled it to be screwed securely onto the case, enhancing the watch’s waterproof integrity. Mirroring the design of the case back, which was also screwed down using specialized Rolex tools, the feature evolved over time from a functional necessity into an enduring aesthetic hallmark. The watch features a screw-down case back and winding crown, creating a dual waterproofing system rated to 100 metres (330 feet). The dial’s elegant sunray finish, achieved through expert brushing techniques, produces fine grooves radiating from the centre. These catch and diffuse light in a way that creates a subtle, shifting glow with each movement of the wrist. Once the sunray pattern is complete, the dial’s rich colour is applied via Physical Vapour Deposition or electroplating, and then sealed with a light layer of varnish, all protected beneath a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Roman numeral hour markers and the iconic Rolex crown at 12 o'clock frame the composition, with a magnified Cyclops date window positioned at 3 o'clock.

At its heart, the watch is powered by the perpetual, mechanical, self-winding Calibre 3235 movement, offering hours, minutes, seconds, and an impressive power reserve of approximately 70 hours.
