Crafted in vibrant 18K yellow gold, these classic large clip on studs, with omega backs, boast the famed Tiffany & Co.'s signature "X" motif. Triple ribbed, curved bands, one overlapping the other, form the 'X'. These earrings would make a great staple in any jewellery collection; a simple yet elegant design that never goes out of style. Stamped on the back of each earring is T&CO 750.
The "X" earrings were designed by Paloma Picasso. Her handwriting, which was inspired by graffiti seen on New York buildings, is the basis for the earrings' design. Now retired, the earrings were originally designed in the 1980's.
