A 16.5" height and 19" depth gives these benches a large enough profile for comfort, but not so large that they are cumbersome. Each bench has a weight capacity of 350 pounds, making it durable and sturdy enough to support most anything. Please note, this is not a step and should not be stood on or jumped from.
