With its exquisite, natural acacia wood construction, these rolling pins measure about 24 inches and have a thin diameter of 1.77 inches, making them ideal for large sheets of pasta or cookie dough, when re-rolls need to be kept to a minimum. The fixed handle design provides you with the most control possible, so pressure and manoeuvrability are no longer an issue. The handles allow dough to be rolled to exactly 1/8" or 1/4" due to difference between the width of the handle and width of the barrel on each pin.
