The Olympus Tea Extract used in the Olympus Tea Foaming Cream Cleanser is straight from the foothills of Olympus Mountain in Greece. Greek mountain tea is a naturally derived caffeine-free herbal tea infusion made from the dried flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis plant, which flourishes throughout high elevations. The Sideritis plant is only planted twice per year and can only be cultivated once per year when in full bloom from the foothills of Olympus Mountain in Greece. Also sometimes called ironwort, the tea is still made from freshly harvested herbs in the Mediterranean. Korres collaborates with the organic farmers to cultivate the leaves the plant to produce a proprietary Extract that is full of antioxidants and flavonoids.
