This ceramic bowl from KitchenAid is meant for use with all of the brand's 4.5- and 5-quart tilt-head stand mixers, and is made with titanium-reinforced ceramic that can resist chipping, cracking, crazing and staining. It's ideal for softening butter, tempering chocolate, or hardening or cooling in ingredients, and also features a convenient pouring spout so you can easily transfer ingredients from your mixing bowl to baking pan with less mess.
