The Pastabike from Marcato is the perfect accessory for quickly cutting a pasta sheet in every shape you can imagine. It's equipped with nine interchangeable wheels that are easy to swap out according to the width of the selected type of pasta. You can also use Pastabike to cut sweet or savory dough in a zigzag design, creating all the doughy decorations you wish.

The transparent polycarbonate handle easily opens to replace the cutting wheels. The middle structure of the wheels and the support rod are made of chrome steel so as to allow for a stable cut and a long service life.
