The Rowan from Preloved is a versatile skirt with an elasticated waist band and hidden drawstring. It is composed of 14oz terry 100% cotton (50% of which is recycled yarn.) It has a patch pocket design for form and function, and mimics the elegant classic pencil skirt with a slit in the back. It finished with their upcycled red sweater heart patch.
