Rare Key-Date 1925 Five-Cent Coin PCGS Certified Choice Extremely Fine 45
Product Overview
Of all the five-cent nickel dates ever issued in Canada, 1925 is the lowest mintage date ever issued, and this is the key date missing in most Canadian nickel collections. While mintages for Canadian five-cent coins today are typically above 100 million, the original mintage in 1925 was just 200,050. Of the original mintages, only a small percentage has survived to this day, and of these, most are in well-worn condition.
This is a high-quality example of this key-date nickel, in Choice Extremely Fine condition. The coin has been independently graded and certified as XF-45 by the Professional Coin Grading Service, the world's largest and most respected independent coin-certification company.
Includes:
• 1925 Canada 5 Cents, PCGS EF-45
