The square griddle pan from Staub is a perfect alternative or addition to a classic barbecue grill. Thanks to the grooved structure on the interior, food looks as though it has been cooked on a barbecue. It has two handles that measure 28 centimetres which allow you to move it effortlessly from oven to table, creating an attractive centrepiece on your dining table. The cast iron pan features matte black enamelling on the inside and a rich cherry red colour on the outside, and its grilling grooves also collect excess fat, which you could use to prepare a sauce to serve with your meat.
