Set and connect the alert sensor and receiver in minutes. Installation is hassle-free, as there's no messy wiring to contend with: it's battery-powered (uses three AA batteries; not included). A completely freestanding unit that can be placed anywhere around your home or business, this system's strong wireless signal has a range up to 200 feet from the alert sensor to the receiver unit (not included). 

Place the alert sensor in areas that need protection or are vulnerable to unwanted intrusion, such as driveways, the front or back doorway, retail store entrances, reception areas, storerooms and more. Alternatively, use the system as an aid to good customer service, notifying you when customers enter and leave your business at any hour. The PIR sensor can pick up motion up to 40 feet away. 

The system also has an indicator light to notify you when your battery power is running low; when the status LED light starts blinking continuously, it's time to change the batteries!
