Product Overview

Over the past 20 years, high-quality paper money has been the hottest area of numismatic collecting, with extremely strong demand, and values typically increasing from 5% to 20% each year. This exceptional and rarely offered collection includes all eight different denominations from the 1954 banknote series, from the $1 note up to the $1,000 note, with every note in original uncirculated condition.

While the $50 and $100 notes can be challenging for collectors to find in new condition, the $1,000 is the key to this collection. When these notes were first released in the mid-1950s, $1,000 would have had an equivalent purchasing power of about $9,000 today, and it is easy to understand why very few collectors had the ability to add these to a collection.
