Vitality 2.9-Quart Saute Pan with Lid

The Zwilling Vitality series saute pan measures 24 cm across, offering ample space to try out a whole range of different dishes. The pan is also excellently suited to frying meat and fish. The Sigma Classic aluminium core sandwich base heats the pan quickly, while also storing the heat over a long time. In contrast, the handle remains comfortably cool, meaning that the pan can be safely moved at all times. The braising pan’s rim is higher to protect the chef and the cooking area from spitting, and the snug-fitting lid also ensures that moisture remains in the pan. The pan is also excellently suited to preparing delicious sauces and gravies.
