The products that we offer to our customers must meet and even exceed every guideline we hold ourselves accountable to, and we need your support in doing the same. We have put into place very specific quality and shipping standards to help achieve this objective.

Partners are required to review the documents thoroughly. In addition, please distribute the documents to key operational stakeholders within your organization (or any partners that you may utilize). Our collective goal is to perform with zero defects.

Due to the Partner Compliance Guides being updated periodically and can change without notice, we do not recommend that you print any section of the manuals. Refer to the online versions to make sure you have the most current information available.

TSC is always looking for ways to improve the way we do business with our vendor partners, and the changes in the Partner Compliance Guides are targeted towards driving efficiencies throughout the entire supply chain. Partner Compliance Guides (effective January 1, 2024) – Updated December 14, 2023

The fulfillment type, Stock or Dropship, is identified during the initial TSC Vendor Agreement process. If both fulfillment methods are used, partners are required to read both Partner Compliance Guides.

The Partner Compliance Guide - Stock summarizes our requirements for Purchase Orders shipped to TSC and customer orders fulfilled by TSC's National Distribution Centre.


The Partner Compliance Guide - Dropship covers processes and requirements for customer orders that ship directly from the partner/vendor to the customer on behalf on TSC using the web-based e-commerce application, VendorNet. The guide covers vendors that ship from Canada to customers in Canada, and US vendors that ship from the US to our US consolidation facility, and then delivered to Canadian customers.
