Squalane:

Squalane is an emollient that helps prevent moisture loss and restores suppleness to skin. It is also a source of beneficial fatty acids that replenish skin and help support/strengthen the skin barrier, preventing moisture/transepisdermal water loss. One unique aspect of squalane is that it’s a modified, stable form of squalene, one of the key components in our sebum (oil that our body naturally produces). This makes squalane a biocompatible ingredient that our skin instantly recognizes and absorbs and knows how to use. Because squalane mimics your skin’s natural oils, it’s very well-tolerated by most skin types.

Niacinamide:

This is a conditioning agent best known for its ability to help visibly reduce the appearance enlarged pores and improve uneven/dull skin tone. It also strengthens a weakened skin barrier by stimulating/boosting the skin’s own ceramide production

Vitamin E: 

As we age, and with more sun/UV exposure, our skin’s own Vitamin E production becomes depleted. Vitamin E is a naturally occurring component of healthy skin. It offers significant antioxidant properties to help defend from pollution and other environmental stressors that would otherwise weaken and damage skin, causing unwanted, pro-aging changes.
