Ciabatta Baker (Fusain)

Ciabatta is a classic Italian bread made from a lean and very runny dough which gives it a unique moist texture, chewy interior and one-of-a-kind flavour. Thanks to the two cavities in this baker, the loaves (up to 250 grams each) are well-shaped, resulting in even slices, but are also better suited for sandwich-making. The domed lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a slightly crispy crust while keeping the inside moist and fluffy; the deep grooves work for other, softer dough, such as gluten-free. The openings on both ends of the lid make it easy to manipulate.
