Made from Romeiki olives and pure Cretan honey with no artificial sugars added, this honey balsamic vinegar from Acropolis Organics has a light, sweet and tangy flavour that is great for roasting chicken, sautéing vegetables and grilling salmon. It’s naturally sweetened with honey, but has a more subtle flavour than the brand's mousto balsamic vinegar.

Mousto Balsamic Vinegar
The mousto balsamic vinegar is enhanced with Petimezi—an ancient recipe for grape molasses, which gives this vinegar a rich, fruity sweetness. Then it’s aged in oak barrels for six years to further enrich its flavour.
