Hello TSC customers,

All of us at TSC are thinking of you and hope that you and your families are managing well as COVID-19 continues to evolve around us. The health and well-being of our customers and employees is always our top priority, especially at a time like this. I want to share with you the actions our team is taking and what you can expect from us as we navigate these challenging times:

  • Our live, in-house broadcast production is temporarily paused. We're exploring a variety of solutions that will allow us to produce content remotely. Our focus is on striking the right balance between continuing to keep TSC active and relevant for our customers and also keeping our teams safe. You'll be seeing more taped programming for health and wellness products, work-from-home and play-at-home ideas.
  • Starting April 13, please hold onto your product returns until the end of May. If you received your purchase after March 13, you'll have a refreshed 30 days to return your purchase starting on June 1. Otherwise, our return policy remains the same.
  • Our Customer Pick-Up location is now closed and is no longer an option when completing your purchases. We will continue to reassess the situation and re-open at a later date. During this time, we know that online shopping is on the rise and we are doing our best to keep up with delivery timeframes (and so are our partners!). We ask for your patience and understanding if things are running a bit late. Our dedicated Warehouse team is working hard to get your orders ready and on the way to you!
  • Our online shop is always open at tsc.ca and our hosts, partners, and TSC teams are equipped to keep our channel going on the web. Through our website, the TSC team can safely engage from their homes into yours. We encourage you to visit us at tsc.ca often over the next few weeks, or on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

We're also doing quite a bit behind the scenes to keep our team healthy. This includes restricting access to critical areas of our building and increased sanitization and cleaning efforts. The majority of our team members are now working from home, including all of our Customer Service team, and those that are in the office are following social distancing guidelines.

The TSC team knows that shopping for discretionary items is most likely not top-of-mind for you right now. We also know that TSC can offer a distraction from the day-to-day – we are here to help entertain, inspire and serve as an escape. We are committed to getting this balance right, and in the most respectful way.
