Hello TSC customers,

All of us at TSC are thinking of you and hope that you and your families are managing well as COVID-19 continues to evolve around us. Health and well-being is always our top priority, especially at a time like this and over the past few months, we've taken many actions to keep our customers, teams and guests safe.

  • As of June 1, our in-house broadcast production will be back on-air live from 4 p.m. to 12-midnight ET. With more of our team in the studio, there are numerous guidelines in place, including increased sanitization between shifts and social distancing.
  • Also on June 1, our returns process will be reopen. If you made a purchase on or after February 29, 2020, you now have a refreshed 30 days starting June 1 to make a return. Please visit our return policy page for more information, including how to download a return form.
  • At this time, our Customer Pick-Up location continues to be closed. We are assessing the situation, and we expect to reopen in the coming weeks with proper health and safety guidelines in place.
  • Over the past few months, we've been doing our best to keep up with delivery timeframes (and so have our partners!) We continue to ask for your patience and understanding if things are running a bit late. Our dedicated Warehouse team is working hard to get your orders ready and on the way to you!
  • Our online shop is always open at tsc.ca and our hosts, partners, and TSC teams are continuing to bring exciting new content to our website. We encourage you to visit us at TSC.ca or on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

We continue to do quite a bit behind the scenes to keep our team healthy. This includes restricting access to critical areas of our building, increased sanitization and cleaning efforts and social distancing guidelines are in place. Additionally, the majority of our team members are working from home, including our entire Customer Service team.

The TSC team knows that shopping for discretionary items is most likely not top-of-mind for you right now. We also know that TSC can offer a distraction from the day-to-day – we are here to help entertain, inspire and serve as an escape. We are committed to getting this balance right, and in the most respectful way.
